FEREI AOTOAO Patent Technology : Because of the up and down ratchet wheels’s all-geared system driving principle, the force is that rapid transmitted and high efficiency driving.

FEREI FCT patented technology (magnetic coupling system), it offers convenience in maintenance and versatile options for customization (allowing the replacement of couplers with different gear ratios). The FCT technology preserves the advantages of the first-generation toothed engagement mechanism while introducing a completely new design that significantly improves the performance metrics we care about in hub systems. The new-generation hub structure is simpler and lighter, maintaining excellent durability and rigidity. Additionally, disassembly and maintenance are made simpler.

 


FEREI FBP hub structure patented technology, which positions the left/right bearings inside the hub shell away from the center, effectively extending the lever arm. This ensures strength while allowing the use of lighter bearings without compromising the lifespan of the hub. The outward positioning of the bearings provides enhanced support, forming a sealed chamber with the bearings on the free hub and drive side, offering superior dust protection.

Patent moon shape reflector

Patent moon shape reflector: Arched part reflects the beam right ahead to reach a further distance; crescent part prevents the beam reflecting upwards so to avoid disturbing vehicles across,and also spreads the nearby beam to get a wider range.

This product is designed with and uses a temperature control circuit device. LED is a heat-generating component sensitive to temperature, especially high-power, high-brightness LEDs, which are prone to damage or reduced lifespan due to excessive heat. FeRei uses an intelligent temperature control design, measuring the temperature of the LED chip. Due to the different structures of the lamp, the thermal conductivity varies. Generally, the surface temperature of the lamp is maintained between 50 and 60 degrees. When the set temperature is exceeded, the intelligent circuit drive of the lamp will automatically reduce the power to achieve cooling, during which the brightness of the lamp will also decrease. When the temperature drops (if the battery is sufficiently charged), the power will gradually increase, and so will the brightness; the process of increasing brightness is relatively smooth, avoiding flicker.

 

This temperature control cycle effectively ensures user safety and extends the lamp’s lifespan. Under good air cooling conditions (low temperature or windy environments), the brightness of the lamp will not decrease even in high brightness mode. The lamp does not have a preset activation time for temperature control; it operates based on real-time temperature measurements, thus the actual illumination time depends on how the temperature control affects battery discharge, which may be slightly longer or shorter than the experimentally provided illumination time.

Linear dimming

In the design of lighting systems, dimming is an important function. By adjusting the brightness of the light, energy saving, environmental comfort and visual effects can be achieved. FEREI’s lighting products all use current dimming, using constant current drive circuits to control the brightness, continuity and linearity of the light. Therefore, there is no noise, no flicker, and no eye damage during the brightness adjustment process.
