Direct-mount axle bearing system with a sleeveless preloading design, achieving hub lightweighting and maximizing bearing performance through integrated axle positioning.Threaded engagement between axle and end caps, demanding extremely high machining precision; this design not only eliminates the need for brake rotor realignment during secondary wheelset installation but also solves traditional issues such as hub play and loss of end caps caused by the wear of anti-loosening rings in press-fit end cap systems
